One thing that Infinity has in contrast with its live-action relatives is that it presents things in black and white against the live actions' shades of grey. It was because of Stacey's warning of taking something (in this case a ship) that isn't theirs and without the owner's permission that the team was led into a trap.
Sometimes the simplest of methods leads to the simplest of outcomes and this episode does play well on that.
