This Friday, we return to Serenity for another Firefly screening. Five hundred years in the future, a renegade crew aboard a small spacecraft tries to survive as they travel the unknown parts of the galaxy and evade warring factions as well as authority agents out to get them. As always, we will be meeting in Macaulay Theatre on Friday at 5pm and doing a pizza run at 7pm.Spocksoc is also hosting a Ritz movie outing on the 10th of February to see Robocop. After their success in the military, OmniCorp build a new line of their controversial drones for use in the police force. After police officer Alex Murphy suffers critical injury in the line of fire in corrupt Detroit, OmniCorp uses it as an opportunity to build a new machine: part robot, part cop.
